allows students & teachers to create
online discussions about the books they
are reading and recommend them to others.
Books
can be discussed within a class,
school, school district or more!
It's FREE
& SAFE! There is no charge to
either add a book or submit a comment on BookNote.
When a student submits a comment it is anonymous,
the only information online is their
"Identity Name" and the details in
their book comment. Tell your students
to NOT use their
actual full name as
their "Identity Name" and to
not tell any
personal information in their book comments.
When a
new book is submitted you can select to have SCREENED
COMMENTS, when this is checked then all
comments for that book will be screened for suitability
before they go LIVE.
We will not publish any comments for that book
which are inappropriate or that express
details as to full name, location or school
name.
